Seafood is so healthy and delicious and can be used in almost every part of a meal. From soups to salads to entrees to sandwiches, you can incorporate seafood into your meal. There are tons of Alaska seafood recipes to choose from, it is just a matter of finding the right one to meet your likes and needs. Some examples of Alaska seafood recipes in each category are:
Appetizer:
Alaska Smoked Salmon Appetizer: This appetizer is really easy to put together, only taking about 10 minutes to complete the prep work. Simply spread a mix of cream cheese, dill, and limejuice on slices of bread or crackers, and top off with slices or chunks of smoked salmon. It is delicious just like that, or you can add other ingredients as garnishes, such as olive slices, bell peppers, red onions, cucumbers, or capers. To make the dressing, mix together some artichoke liquid from the can, white wine vinegar, olive oil, mustard, and salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing on top of the salad and enjoy!

Southwestern Surimi Wrap: A Mexican twist on this surimi wrap gives it a nice touch. Making your own version of guacamole with avocados, limejuice, onion, chili puree, and mayonnaise is easy. Spread it on one side of a tortilla, adding the surimi chunks and lettuce. Add seasoning to the surimi if you wish. Wrap up the tortilla and enjoy.
