2. Braise the onions and garlic in the hot oil

Ingredients:
1 cup of cooked brown rice
1 cup of cooked Jasmine rice
1 tablespoon of butter
2 well beaten eggs
2 cups of milk (can use rice milk)
1/3 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of seedless raisins or mixed fruit
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Grated nutmeg
Method:
1. Preheat your over to 350 degrees C
2. Mix the eggs, butter and milk together
3. Mix the brown and white rice together in a large bowl
4. Add the egg, butter and milk mixture and stir well
5. Add all the dry ingredients and mix well
6. Take a large baking dish and grease the dish well with butter
7. Pour the mixture into the bowl and sprinkle nutmeg on top
