Grilled Delmonico Steak Recipe

These marinated steaks are so delicious that you will have to pinch yourself to believe you are not dreaming. The steps to do them are very easy and simple to do, just keep reading the recipe and run to you kitchen or nearest store to acquire all the ingredients necessary.
You will need:
Olive Oil (1/2 cup)
Worcestershire sauce (1/4 cup)
Soy Sauce (6 tablespoons)
Garlic (1/4 cup, minced)
Onion (1/2 medium, chopped)
Salt (2 tablespoons)
Pepper (1 tablespoon)
Dried rosemary (1 tablespoon)
Steak Seasoning (3 tablespoons)
Delmonico rib-eye steaks (4 or 10 ounce)
How to do it:
Take a mixing bowl and combine the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, rosemary, the steak seasoning and sauce and mix them with a processor blender to mix everything very good. Now that you have this prick the steaks on both sides with a fork, and place them in a shallow container with a tin lid, in here you will add your marinade over steaks, cover them, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or if you wish to improve the flavor overnight. Now that you have done this preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat or if you prefer light charcoal, and then wait until coals are completely white, remember soaked wood chips may be added to the coals once they are ready for a smoky flavor, if you like, with this done remove steaks from marinade, and discard the left over marinade. Now, to finalize lightly oil the grilling surface; then you will place steaks on the grill. Cover the steaks and grill for about 10 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired degree of doneness.
