  4. Let it simmer for a while.
  5. Top the seafood a few minutes before the rice gets completely cooked up.
  6. Cover the pan with lid so that the seafood gets poached.
  7. Keep it intact for at least 5 minutes after which the delicious Spanish recipe can be served.
